Here is a short list of local wildflowers generally found in wasteland areas of Peninsula Malaysia including abandoned urban areas. Whilst some are native, some are not and are aggressive weeds.
All of them reveal on closer inspection a delicate beauty and even possessing powerful medicinal qualities (descriptions are for informational purpose only, more serious study or consultation with a doctor or licensed herbalist is recommended if you wish to use them as remedies. Also be aware that some areas may be subject to pesticide sprays and will not be safe to consume).
