Ireen Tan is a textile artist who has a studio in Johor Bahru but spends some of her time in Pai, in North Thailand where she is currently.
We talk about her work which is primarily about weaving, dyeing and printing textiles, all with plants that she sources and processes herself. You can find her work on instagram and facebook. She recently completed a residency at Ubah Rumah on a small island off Singapore.
